Chicken pie reminds me of my childhood. This is a proper flavoursome pie with a puff pastry lid to match. We use the very best free range chicken and proper bacon to add real depth of flavour.

INGREDIENTS: Puff Pastry (MILK and GLUTEN), Free Range Chicken (40%), Bacon (20%), Shallots, Leek, Mushrooms (10%), Garlic, Chicken Stock, Double Cream (MILK), Dijon Mustard (MUSTARD), Rapeseed Oil, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Tarragon, Flour (GLUTEN), Salt, Black pepper, Egg (EGGS), White Wine (SULPHITES).
